Al Zahraa School with be the co-hosting school the event.

We've worked so hard to earn this chance.
To show everyone that teamwork and dedication

Our views to the Kids Read project

The whole" Kids Read" experience has been a great opportunity to show the bright side of being a teacher.
It has its ups and downs, but the result that comes out of it is beyond words … nothing can express the happiness each one of us feels when we see the outcome of this competition, we’ve been already rewarded. How some of our students improved in reading, and seeing the dedication they have in their eyes whenever they come to us, determined to do their best… working so hard to please themselves, their parents, and us… the joy, in their smiles when they work to create something they read in a story
The amusement in their laughter and the cuteness in their innocent actions, this is what the competition is all about...
I’ve been working in this school for three years now, and I’ve never saw this much dedication towards something that involves English as I saw it within the time of getting ready to this competition.
Teachers from other majors helped with the preparations, students came to school even though others were at home enjoying their long mid-term holiday…
And it all paid off, all that time we spent working, it all felt so good once we heard the feedback from the Kids Read visitors …
They complimented the work and were very happy with how it all came together…
We are so proud of being a part of this project….

Thank you all for your support…
Good luck to all the schools in the video competition

Regards,
Zainab Al-Wahaibi
